The Department of Textile Engineering successfully completed their day-long industrial visit on 22nd December 2025. The students visited TM Jeans Processing Ltd., a sister concern of TM Group.During the visit, the students gained valuable practical knowledge related to the entire fabric-to-garment process, including spreading, cutting, sewing, and finishing. They also focused on the washing plant, where they had the opportunity to learn about the diverse range of denim products. Following this, the students visited the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and the trims and accessories manufacturing unit of the group.This industrial visit provided our students with hands-on experience and insights into the various stages of garment production, enhancing their understanding of the industry and its operational processes.
